Matt The Driveway Guy began in 2011 while Matt Jackson was attending Anderson University, where he also played college baseball. During summer breaks, Matt returned home and pressure washed homes for family members and neighbors. It didn’t take long to notice a common problem across the Upstate—homeowners struggled to find exterior cleaning companies that showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered professional, consistent results.
What started as a way to earn extra income quickly became a mission: to build a dependable local pressure washing company people could trust for high-quality exterior cleaning done the right way. That mission shaped the foundation of Matt The Driveway Guy and still guides how the company operates today.
